Every day at NYU Steinhardt, students, faculty, and researchers ask the tough questions, and tackle the most pressing issues in education, health, and society. During NYU One Day, we celebrate the transformative power of each day at NYU Steinhardt to improve lives around the world through our global community of innovative educators, leaders, advocates, artists, musicians, and therapists.

This is a time of tremendous achievement and growth at NYU Steinhardt, and we rely on our supporters to make our work possible, and help our students thrive. Over just 24 hours, we ask you to join us in uplifting and celebrating our shared community.

Help us meet—and exceed—this year’s goal of 350 gifts. Your collective support on NYU One Day will further the impact of each contribution, and together help us build a better and more inclusive future.

Alumnus Kirk Sommer (SPS '97, STEINHARDT '99) has generously offered to match the first $10,000 we receive today! You can offer your support to any area of NYU Steinhardt that is meaningful to you. Help us reach our goal and demonstrate the collective power of the NYU Steinhardt community.

Thank you for supporting and empowering the next generation of NYU Steinhardt scholars!

“NYU's global perspective and vibrant community offer a unique environment to explore diverse perspectives in education. Being an NYU student means more than just academic pursuits; it signifies joining a community dedicated to pushing boundaries, fostering inclusivity, and making a positive impact on the world.” -Jiaqi Wang, Steinhardt MA ‘24, Major: Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)

"NYU exposed me to a world of different people, perspectives, experiences, and opportunity. I think it is critical to remember and support those that gave you an opportunity or provided you with a platform or environment to grow and succeed. I hope others choose to pass the torch for generations to come." - Kirk Sommer
